his fifteen billion dollar cyber security program, which will
watch every person from space. In addition to that, the FBI,
or Federal Bureau of Investigation is embarking on the creation
of a single database that is so large, it will keep track of
every person in the United States and elsewhere in great detail.
This spy agency is spending one billion dollars on this effort
initially. Included in this database will be biometrics, such
as fingerprints, handprints, iris scans, and so on. There will
be an exchange of personal data such as never existed before,
including information so intimate that it reads the human body
and sends the information to space and back again. The headquarters
for this database is at a secret location in the Appalachian
foothills.
